Changes to the Board of Directors of Multrees Investor Services

We are pleased to announce that David Nicol has been nominated to the Board for Multrees Investor Services, and further, pending regulatory approval David will be proposed as Chairman of the board effective May 1st 2021 when current Chair Hugh Mullan will step down after six years of service.

Until June 2020 David was CEO of Brewin Dolphin where he led the successful transformation and significant growth of this business during his seven-year tenure, and prior to this he spent 27 successful years at Morgan Stanley, initially in finance and then operations, working across the UK, Continental Europe, and Asia. David’s career in the financial industry spans well over three decades and includes extensive executive and board experience in the areas of finance, risk, wealth management, operations, and technology.

 

David has held numerous board appointments across foundations and the finance industry, including Euroclear, CISI and ICAS. Earlier this year, David has also recently been appointed to the Board of Directors for Julius Bear. He joins the existing Multrees Board of Directors with Ausaf Abbas, Sir Roger Gifford, Clive Stelfox and Chris Fisher.
