Ownership and Accountability
Our clients look to us to make things happen in an effective and sustainable way. We own the process and by understanding the energy we consume and discharge, we are rigorous in delivering what our clients require whilst reducing the consequences for all living beings.
Risk, Governance and Control
We understand that great client service and a robust risk and governance framework are complementary and essential. We continually challenge our business practices and controls to ensure they are appropriate to the risks they mitigate and the needs of all stakeholders.
The environment, the community and people are at the heart of what we do
Exceeding People Expectations
Innovation and Collaboration
Exceeding People Expectations
People are at the heart of our business; we build our business by adding value to theirs. We pride ourselves on fostering good relationships and continually exceeding the expectations of our clients, staff and the community within which we operate.
Innovation and Collaboration
Our people understand the importance of advancing collaboration and ESG integration. Working together to enhance our effectiveness, we understand the value add for clients at every single step and think laterally and creatively in applying this knowledge.
Multrees believes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an excellent way to build enthusiasm, motivation and teamwork.
So, we are establishing an employee volunteering programme to support the local communities around our Edinburgh and London offices.

Working with the Prince's Trust
Multrees has supported The Prince's Trust by sponsoring a table at the charity’s Financial Lunch, held annually in Edinburgh.
The Prince's Trust is the UK's leading charity for disadvantaged young people. It helps 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling to transform their lives. In 2018, The Prince’s Trust empowered over 58,000 young people to turn their lives around.
We are proud to have been able to assist such a fantastic charity.

Pedal for Scotland - classic challenge
Members of the Multrees team regularly take part in Pedal for Scotland, the country's biggest annual biking event organised by Cycling Scotland.
We typically take part in the event’s Classic Challenge, which covers a 45 route between Scotland's two largest cities, starting in Glasgow and finishing in Edinburgh.
2019 marks the 20th anniversary of this incredibly successful event and it is also the last ever Pedal for Scotland challenge, so our team will be making the most of it!
