COVID-19 Update

We continue to monitor the situation around COVID-19 closely and are following the appropriate guidance from the UK Government and the FCA accordingly.

Our BCP solution enables us to continue our business and service levels as usual. Other than a migration to only allow secure electronic authorised signatures and dispense with 'wet signature' authorisations, none of your interactions and processes with the service we provide to your business will change.

Our staff are fully equipped to work from home, now conduct all meetings via our video and conference call facilities and none of our staff are travelling for business purposes or in-person meetings.

In terms of your own business planning, our platform can be accessed online via a secure connection from your main office and BCP site(s). Your Multrees contacts are still available at the same e-mail address and contact telephone number during normal working hours while our BCP is in effect.
